There were a few posts about a 570S over a month ago and I haven’t seen anything since. I was worried Mclaren wouldn’t be happy about towing their press car behind an RV or driving it on a dirt track and pull press car support based on some things I’ve heard from other outlets. I’m curious about the whole thing and didn’t know if I just missed something or not. The Jaguar F-Type SVR story made me wonder because that was a quick turn around and happened after the 570S.

Thank you for reminding me of this. I’m still eagerly anticipating the next installment of “ The Little Engine That Couldn’t ”.

That is a good question. I saw that same car get the shit kicked out of it by anyone who could find their way into the seat at COTA a couple of months ago, including Derek Bell. The car’s overseer was not happy, he hid the car on the 2nd day.

Did you ever get your FoRS?

Passed when the dealer double crossed me and decided to try and sell for over sticker after saying they wouldn’t. Think they still have it. I can wait for the initial hype to pass. There will be some sitting on lots.

I think a video is in the works, don’t hold me to it though.

And now that I’ve taught my wife how to drive stick, she’s all for buying the RS. She thought it was stupid to buy another car she couldn’t drive...then I made her learn to drive stick on the Fiesta ST. Now she loves it.

Nothing has happened...yet. I’m editing the video as we speak. It’ll be the finale for NSICC.

Now that the reviews are out, I don’t know that I (personally) would give up my FiST for the RS. The Civic Type R(If the US spec isn’t as ugly) on the other hand would be more tempting.

Sweet, I was hoping it wasn’t lost to time. Can’t wait to see it.

I assumed they rolled the whole thing.
